Pendleton Wool Rugmaking & Wool Mill Tour

Pendleton Wool Rugmaking & Wool Mill Tour

This is the one and only class that doesn’t have to do with LEATHER! However, it does involve a field trip to the famous Pendleton Woolen Mill in town and will be created using materials purchase at the Mill. Talented instructor Julie Pierce will escort the class to the Pendleton Woolen Mill around 11am Friday for a tour of the Pendleton weaving facility and a buying trip for the selvedge material.

Then it is back to the Convention Center classroom for a FUN & RELAXED afternoon of finger crocheting and creating your very own cozy Pendleton rug. Students should expect to learn a thing or two and have a TON of fun at the same time!

This class is designed for all skill levels—everyone is welcome!
